    To all Richard Ashton fans!! This is the latest news about Richard's career

     Richard is in England. at the Theatre Royal, in York.  Diane, the president of his fanclub was told he will portray  Miles Gloriosus, a warrior in "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum."  It starts Friday 8/18. 
    Whoa! Does that mean, we see Richard's sexy knees again!!  TOGA, TOGA!!!
    I have to say, I wish I could see Richard in this play, One of my all time favorites. Lets see....Meee, meee, meee........

    Richard has just completed a guest staring spot, on a pilot for a new show for Fox, filmed on the Universal lot. It's a family sitcom called Father Can't Cope, with Scott Bakula and Mary Page. The main plot of the episode is the conventionally dysfunctional family proves its disjunction in a theme restaurant called the Blue Ox. It's staffed by Paul Bunyan clones, they regain their cohesion in their proper environment, a fast food restaurant. Richard is the Paul Bunyan waiter with whom they clash heads and menu choices, and of course the whole encounter ends with a fight between them, and a fuzzy costume character called the Blue Ox.  We don't know when the show will air yet, but I'll let you all know as soon as I can find out!

    Richard Ashton has just finished filming his last season for the New Adventures of Robin Hood.
