XP Messenger
Windows XP has a built in feature called messenger that must be shutdown.

This feature in XP lets those stupid adds pop up when your not even browsing.  It also opens up a port that spammers can use to send these messages.  Also hackers can use to flood your computer with uneeded information causing a system crash  then they can log onto your computer using remote desktop and take your personal information.  To turn this off you go start  then run and type services.msc them go to messenger  and right click it got to properties then under startup type click the list and put it to dissabled.
This will competly solve the problem.
