The basis of our friendship?
Remember how I picked on you to no end?
Over the years we grew together
A friend is what you are to me
Wherever you go, whatever you do,
I will always remember you
And everything we've been through
Seems like just yesterday I met you.
You're already ready to leave me
Promise me you'll keep in touch.
And remember how our friendship means so much.
I will be able to look upon this time and see,
That I only had one wish.
I wished that I could have been as good of a friend;
As you have been to me.
