Before it becomes too much?
How much further away
Is the one that is too much?
How many times can you give
And get nothing in return.
How many times can you be hurt
Before you use the power to end the pain?
I'm almost there.
Almost to that point.
Can you see the goodbye
Lingering in my eye?
I know it needs to be done
But it's just so hard.
I don't know if I have the will
To end the pain you cause me still.
