Blank (for the addition of your own text), Home, Back, Next, Links, Email, 
Friends, Pets, Awards, Gifts, Quotes, and Photos. 

The entire set, including an HTML source code for setting up this
page, is available in a *.zip file, here.  The HTML code already has the 
file names of the background .gifs in place, so all you'll have to do is 
copy and paste it into a blank document, add your buttons and links,
and your content text.

Extracting the files requires the Winzip® utility.
