Blank (for the addition of your own text), Home, Back, Next, Friends, Causes, 
Journal, Photos, Rings, Interests, Prayers, Quotes, and Guestbook.
The entire set, including an HTML source code, is available as a *.zip file,  here.
The HTML code already has the filenames of he background .gifs in place so all
you'll have to do is copy and paste it into a blank document, add your buttons 
and links, and your content text.

Extracting the files requires the WinZip® utility.
