* 1 Week Night for 6 weeks: 2, two hours session
* Weekend: 2, Six-hour session

* How to recognizing false and true labour
* How to record early labour contractions
* What you can do to help induce
* The meaning of cervical dilation
* Comfort measures, positions and what tools to use during labour
* The four stages of labour, what are they and what to do during each stage
* How your partner can help during labour
* The benefits to having a Doula in addition to your support team
This workshop is offered in:
* Week Nights: 2, two hours session for 2 consecutive weeks
* Weekend: 1, four-hour session

* What happens after you give birth and what to expect
* Information of breastfeeding
* Newborn and new mom care
* What you need to know about post partum depression
* How to cope during the post partum period
* How a Post Partum Doula can help you during this time
This workshop is offered in:
* Week Nights- 1, two-hour session
* Weekend- 1, two-hour session
Materials Covered:
* The changes of your breasts during pregnancy
* How to prepare for breastfeeding
* The anatomy and physiology of breastfeeding
* The benefits of breastfeeding and the risks of bottle-feeding
* Positioning and getting the proper latch
* Signs baby is getting enough
* Nutrition
* Pumping and storing your milk
This workshop is offered in:
* Week Nights- 2, two-hour sessions for two consecutive weeks.
* Weekend- 1, four-hour session
