	The re-education program has understandably gained a poor reputation.  We understand that this sort of thing might be intimidating to those who are ignorant of its true nature.  Rest assured that the vast majority of re-education is done without having to resort to torture and mind-altering sessions.  And even when such measures are necessary, they are carried out only to the extent that the case requires. We make sure that each treatment is suited to the individual being re-educated.  Our team of re-educators are all professionals working for the good of our nation, not from some sadistic pleasure that this sort of thing gives them.  The only pleasure they get out of it is know that they are helping their fellow citizens become better citizens themselves. Finally, we would like to point out that lobotomies and executions are used on only the smallest percentage of cases.  These are reserved for the truly unsalvageable minds, and each case is carefully reviewed and approved beforehand. It is of paramount importance that all citizens realize that the re-education programs are a necessary and well-coordinate program run by proffessionals for the good of us all.
