| Barren River Scouting Celebration 2007 The Quest for the "Jigger" |
| Come join in the fun and excitement of Scouting and Scouting Spirit. This year as in years past promises to be loads of fun and lots of interesting Scouting demonstrations for scout as well as the public. Come for a weekend of fun and brotherhood in scouting. This year the Barren River Scouting Celebration will be held August 10-12 2007, at the Tailwaters Campground at Barren River Lake. The Scouting Celebration is a weekend of free camping and fun started several years ago by the US Army Corps of Engineers as a thank you for the many service hours done by both Boy Scout and Girl Scouts. Come join the fun and excitement and get in that scouting spirit and get in the quest for the "Jigger" . See you there. |
