Pictured here are (clockwise from left) My uncle Beckham "Junior" Turner Jr., My Grandfather Beckham Turner, My Grandmother Cleo Fritts Turner, My aunt Lettie Sue Turner (deceased) and My mother in the foreground. We are currently looking for Junior. I have located his sons Paul and Daniel, and they wish to contact him as well. His last known whereabouts were Indiana/OH/KY. This picture was taken probably around 1956, in KY.

In this picture, beginning clockwise from left, My uncle Roger Dean White, Aunt Gina (deceased), My Mom, My Uncle Jackie (deceased), My Uncle Timothy Wayne White, My aunt michelle, and my cousin Carol Sue. I believe this photo was taken either right before or right after all the children were placed in foster care with the exception of my mother and Jr. Jackie soon was of age and moved with my mom in OH. The girls stayed together and we located all of them. The boys, however, we have yet to find. Please see the facts that we know below.

1. The adoptions took place sometime in 1973, out of Powell Cnty, KY.
2. Their Mother was Cleo Turner, Father Woodrow White.
3. They were around the ages of 5-10 and would be around 30-40 yrs. old today.
4. We don't know if their Last names were changed to that of the family who adopted them, but we assume because they were older that their first names did not.
5. There were 8 Siblings all together, and My mother was the oldest surviving, her name is Geraldine. |
