June 2002 - Sad news, after 3 long years in the band, Danial our
                   long time drummer has left Maniacal. After a really bad
                   gig at the Central Club Hotal, we parted ways. Maniacal
                    is now pushing towards a different sound. We will be
                   looking for a new drummer around December time.
                   So for now we are just song writing and experimenting
                   with different sounds. Hopefully early 2003 Maniacal will
                   emerge as a whole new band. So till then, bye.

                   P.S. if there is any importent news about the band i will
                       post it!

May 2002 - Maniacal are now up on the Australian mp3.com site. The
                  web address is www.mp3.com.au/maniacal .

May 2002 - Maniacal have updated their site and have added an Mp3
                  section, which gives links to our mp3 sites where you can
                  either stream or in some cases download our songs.

May 2002 - Maniacal now have all 6 songs from our EP up on
                  Mp3.com, you can only stream them though.

April 2002 - Maniacal's EP should be available to buy over the internet
                   in the next week or so. It is in a NetCD form where you
                   buy the album and then download it for personal use.
                   The price is expected to be $6AU. I will give an update
                   for when it's available.

April 2002 - Our songs are now available to listen to on Mp3.com.
                   "Missing Song", "Wings of the wind" and "Capsule", are
                    the only songs available at the moment. The other songs
                   from our EP should be available soon. The site is:

March 2002 - Maniacal songs will soon be available for listning on
                     MP3.com, I'll keep an update for when there ready.

December 2001 - Maniacal finally finishes there 6 track EP. It had
                           been a hard 10 days spent in Bayswaters "Music
                           Power Recording Studios" but it was well worth
                           the effort. The EP came out great and will soon be
                           available. We had to keep ourselves entertained
                           during the lengthy process of recording an album.
                           So we decided to take a camera in to the studio and
                           play tricks on the recording engineer, Les. So we
                           put pepper in his coffie and practically distroyed
                           the place. We got a good responce out of him and
                           it was a blast doing the EP. Rock On!!!

October 2001 - Maniacal plays at the Tote, and the Central Club
                         Hotel.
