"Disturbances"
It
is a certainty that things are tough right now in the world. People are
killing strangers, fighting exists in more than several countries and
people have lost their way.
The world is in turmoil at different
levels. This turmoil can and does exist country wide or individually.
Cruelty exists in many forms and there are many who are struggling from
day to day to be able to exist. How can this be in so many forms? How
does one stay outside the negative and find peace? It is not an easy task.
When all around you there seems to be disturbances, it is easy to get
caught up in the emotional patterns that are all around. When you feel
yourself spinning out of control or into states of depression, slow down
your mental stress. Take a few moments to do something you like. Most
importantly, do not give up hope. Stay strong within and use that strength
to form a buffer against the strains and stresses of the day.
