Thailand Is one of South East Asia's most interesting nations. It is a constant paradox, with some of the world's most astoundingly beautiful sights offset against overcrowded cities. The Coastal Pursuits marine conservation surveying course will take students from the North of the country in Bangkok, one of Asia's most lively and diverse connurbations, along the Gulf of Thailand to Southern Thailand's rural areas. Travelling across the country, students will be able to see the constant conflict between the increasing development synonomous with 'tiger economies' and the previously pristine environment. |
