This board  was carefully  designed  to  meet state and federal  regulations.   Be  aware  that  any  information posted  on  this  board  will  be  visible  to  the  public.  'Visible to the public' means that anyone and everyone that visits  the  Message Board will be able and allowed to  see  and  read  what you've written.  Of course, that shouldn't  be  of  any  problem  because  the  Message Board  was  not  designed  so  you  can share your life's most deepest secrets.

Before you get started, there's three simple rules you must follow: Number One, you must type you message- messages in pen or pensil are not allowed;  Number 2, you must state your name- messages with no names will be deleted and thrown away to the garbage can;  And Number 3, don't write too, too much or the system will automatically cut off your message to fit the maximum characters allowed.
