Motel Hell is a pretty gory flick, but so you know, it's also a comedy which spoofs all the slasher flicks like Last House on the Left and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It's a really cool movie, hence the good skull rating. It's cool for death and blood value, and you'll also laugh your ass off.
When you watch it, just wait until you find out Farmer Vincent's secret!!! Also, look for John Ratzenberger, who played Cliff Clavin on "Cheers"!

I definitely recommend this one. It's dumb as hell, but worth it if you're into the kind of flicks we are!!
