philadelphia, pa - page 2
in spite of its unfortunate corporate name, citizens' bank ballpark is a treat - it's built for baseball and baseball only, unlike the monstrosity that preceded it, and designed with all the percs of a modern park (e.g. leg room, seats that face the action, not to mention the gigantic neon liberty bell that lights up and dings after every phillies home run).  our seats were high up but didn't feel far away at all.  the game was a treat too - the phils came back from a 4-1 deficit to win 5-4 with a series of timely hits, most of them by chase utley - one of my favorite current player names.
saturday the 22nd ended with a visit to my cousin steve's house (steve is ray's brother).  above are steve and his wife kim in the front, and ray and sally (their mom) in the back.
enough of this old capital city - how about our current capital?
