Mark Piper began making boomerangs in 1977. . Mark started making "Piper Boomerangs", in 1980 with a run of 200, 36 inch, pine, gyrocopters. In 1983, "Piper Boomerangs" introduced the "Elite Series", with three Gyrocopters, ranging from 29" to 39.375". About 1500 were made. Next came "Piper Tec" in 1995, when the adjustable "V Rang" and the "Fan Boomerang", were born. Mark started producing "Omega" and "Half- circle" Boomerangs, also. Only a few hundred were produced. Mark started building boomerangs and gyrocopters again in 1999, under the name of "Marks Boomerang Bag" and in 2002, "Gyrotek", was born. Now with the power of the internet the boomerang is: "No Longer Just a Primitive Stick, but a Sophisticated Rotary Wing " |
