I'm at the Sydney Aquarium right now, and I feel like a dork =)  There are a buncha kids here... The adults that ARE here are here w/kids, lol.  I am seeing so many turtles, and I finally saw a crocodile!  The seals are cute as always!  This morning was a COLD one.  I didn't know it would be so cold in Sydney!

Hey... it's night again, and tonight I actually stayed out after dark - woo hoo!  I'm cool =)  I was practically on my feet all day from 8 am to 8 pm.  My feet hurt.  I did accomplish a lot, so I don't feel all too bad - I actually feel quite good, Alhamdulillah (praise be to God)!  I saw the Aquarium, PowerHouse Museum (best decision I made), the Centre Point Tower, and Paddy's Market.  To be honest, I wasn't too impressed by the Aquarium.  It was nice, but not like amazingly awesome... The PowerHouse Museum was very nice!  It was like a mixture of history, art, technology... everything!  I learned a lot about Australian history, and I also made a new friend =)

I swear I see halaal food EVERYWHERE!  Even at Paddy's there was a halaal Doner Kebab stand.  Doner kebabs are VERY popular in Australia, and dumb Mary still hasn't figured out what Doner stands for.

Some more things I've noticed about OZ that I've been meaning to write in here:

1)  They call bathrooms toilets.  I don't think I'll ever get used to that terminology... it's just so harsh, no?
2)  The actual toilet is always separated from the rest of the bathroom.  It's hard to tell in public toilets, but I've seen it in homes and my place too.
3)  Australians walk anywhere and everywhere... there isn't a designated side to walk on.
