September 5, 2002 I went to a Concrete Plant yesterday!  Woo hoo.  I saw all the trucks coming in to be filled with concrete... and concrete being made... and all the huge plants.  In the U.S., concrete is mixed before filled in the truck, but here it's mixed in the truck. Today I am going to Australia Zoo aka Crocodile Farm aka where Steve Irwin is =)  Australia Zoo was very nice!  It actually had BABY koalas... ahhh.  Adorable little things.  I held a huge python too.  So, I won the bet, mu ha ha ha =)  The top 10 venomous snakes in the world live in Australia... who would've known, eh?

The zoo had a few huge tortoises too!  The tortoises were so charming... Harriet (below) is the oldest living Giant Galapagos land tortoise on record!!!  I even saw her chomp away on lettuce, leaves, and lemons.  The crocodile feeding was scary to watch as the crocs snapped at the food.
