It's another manic Monday... I'm feeling a little depressed this morning. I guess I do know why, but I don't want to write all the details in here... I just want to explicitly say, "I am feeling depressed." Surprisingly, I feel a little better after typing it. I guess being able to express yourself can do wonders...
On a more pleasant note, one of my best friends from elementary school got married this weekend =) It was a very lovely wedding! I've known her since 4th grade, and her husband we've also know since elementary school. It was nice seeing everyone from my childhood again... some people had changed so much! I enjoyed the wedding ceremony and reception very much as it was smaller (about 100 ppl). I'm used to the good 'ol Pakistani weddings which never consist of less than 300 people. It definitely was a nice change =) I loved her quilt idea too... they had a square piece of cloth in the middle of each table and everyone was asked to sign it. Later they would sew all the pieces together, and the bride and groom would have it to keep forever... quite creative!
Other than the wedding, I studied for my upcoming exam. It was a rough weekend at times, but I guess that's life....
