Cole Slaw
1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 T celery seed
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 T mustard seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

French Dressing
1/2 cup vinegar
3 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic
1 onion
2 T ketchup
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Put in blender till smooth.

Jello Salad
1 large pkg. Jello
1 1.2 cups boiling water
2 envelopes Dream Whip
12 oz. cottage cheese
chopped nuts
2 small cans crushed pineapple, drained
Mix jello with boiling water. Chill
Prepare dream whip. Chill
Beat Jello to chop it up. Add all ingredients. Mix. Chill.

1 lb. can red kidney beans
1 lb. can yellow wax beans
1 lb. can cut green beans
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 sliced onion
1 green pepper, chopped
salt and pepper

Waldorf Fluff
- Blend and chill:
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 T mayonnaise
- Beat and blend with above mixture:
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 T lemon juice
- Add:
- 1 1/2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Chill till set.
