| The Greatest. 1) Counting Crows. Counting Crows are simply the greatest band I have ever come across. Adam Duritz is, as far as I'm concerned, the most amazing lyricist of all time. 2) The Levellers. Never a note out of place! Such an impeccable catalog of music is very hard to find. 3) The Cranberries. There is one reason why the cranberries will never leave my top five; Delores O' Rearden-Burton's voice is the most pleasant sound in the known universe. 4) Shivaree. Uniquely perfect! Another superb voice, and extremely interesting music. 5) James. No. 5 will invariably change with the weather, and for now I've put James here in memorial of the departure of Tim Booth after 20 odd years of superb music. |
