Québec coming to the rescue and sending electricity down to New York City as well as parts of Ontario. The Toronto Mayor was announcing on every News Station that Toronto should be the sole concern for Canadians (meaning Québec)

Ottawa being the Capitol of Canada, Montreal being the City that never sleeps, (as the Toronto Mayor said on a previous broadcast that Toronto is the city that never sleeps, excuse me Mayor but Montréal held that title from when you were still in diapers). New York City USA the heart of all American functions, who in the world is Toronto that it should be in the priority list?
Québec has been deluged with floods recently where in some villages power is out for already over a month, that is for those who still have a house to go into, since many houses, roads and bridges were washed away. Québec being in an emergency situation I don’t recall the mayor of Toronto bringing one candle or one bottle of water into Québec.
Torontorians being known as (well, Canadians, no crime, polite etc.) imagine the chaos in New York City where crime rate is already so high with power. The looting and the riotings that would have resulted from a lengthy power outage.
Québec did well sending power down to New York as well as it repaired some of the enstranged feelings between Canadians and Americans cause if the Iraq war issue.
Shame on you Mayor of Toronto.
