Right now there are only two named planets Earth and Namek. If you decide to try and take over a planet then you have to post a message in the Outer Space Forum that you found Planet (whatever you decide to name it). Then you state whether you want to take it over, or try and negotiate to avoid loss of life-earns you extra $- To negotiate you have to post want you would say. You would usually only take over planets if it was your job. I will then decide whether you get the planet or not.
