You can only buy Henchmen from Cirono's shop on Earth. The Ship Shop is located on Namek but you can order from it for an extra fee of $200 if you are on another planet.

You have to be good to buy good,evil to buy evil. Your own PL has to be above that of your henchmen otherwise they revolt and start killing everyone until they are destroyed. They can revolt even if their good. Henchmen CANNOT transform or fuse.
