Lesson 1 Low Level Energy manipulation - Now this requires a lot of, focus, discipline and control. This you will be practicing for quite some time before moving on to the next Level. This lesson is really two lessons in one.

The first part of this lesson does not require much discipline, but does require focus and control. First center yourself. For the first 10 times that you do these exercises I suggest you also Ground yourself until you feel self sufficient in both lessons. You should have well-sensitized hands at this point.
Remember the psychic shield; use it in all situations.

Lesson 1 part A - hold both of your hands in front of you palms facing each other as if you were holding an imaginary ball. Hold them between 6 - 8 inches apart. Imagine energy from you flowing out one hand and into the other, going up your arm, around your shoulders, down your other arm and out your hand; again within a continuous circle.
Let it flow in a circle through your hands and shoulders. Do not lose control of it!  Try slowing down the rate at which it flows then try speeding up the flow; see how fast you can get it going. Feel it. Feel it moving through you how fast is it going. Do this exercise for no more than 10-minutes per day. You will eventually gain prowess in the moving of the energy.  What color was the energy you envisioned? Typically the color you envision is the color of your own personal energy. The color may sometimes be the negative color of your own personal color as well. I have known some people with blue, purple and green.
Sometimes you may even notice almost out of the corner of your eye that you are glowing. This is a spiritual glow; not everyone will be able to see it. You may be the only one who can. Do not be alarmed if you see a glow or if you see something like smoke from your fingertips. These are physical by-products of the use of the energy. I myself never have used the energy more than 5 minutes past my fingers smoking, so I urge caution any time beyond that. It may be nothing, but if you go longer you may also find it might be something. I personally cannot vouch for going any longer.

Part B - Now that you have practiced the energy flow and have great control with it, it is now time to move forward a bit.  Again, Ground, Center and meditate on Focus, Calm and peace.  Imagine a ball forming in your hand, can you see it?  More than likely not. Imagine its color.  How does it look?  This is an energy ball you have just created. Good now what do I do?  Right?  You have to project your will into the ball.  Give it Intent, such as strengthening your psychic shield, you do this by concentrating what you want the ball to do
.
Now throw it, or imagine it floating to your shield splatting against the walls as it spreads all over your entire shield. Imagine your shield being strengthened by the ball. You may also use this for protection within your room, which is a little more permanent. Make a ball give it the intent, and will it to protect your room from outside spiritual forces.

Make several of them, have fun chucking them at all your walls see them splat in your mind until your entire room is covered.  I had a friend do this so much his parents could see something and thought the walls were dirty and tried to get it off.

I myself had a similar experience, I had splatted a lot all over my room and my brother came in and asked why my walls were a different color. You can give these balls any kind of intent you desire.

This is where I should mention the Three fold Law. Know it, learn it!  Anything which you do to another person will come back on you Three times as much; or harder.  Do good things, good things will happen back to you.

Give the ball the intent to heal a headache...or some such sometimes to cure a headache it may require more than 2 or 3 balls.  Start little and slow and work your way up to bigger things do this lesson for 3 - 4 months before going on to the next Level.  Gain prowess first.  That does not mean you can stop this exercise when you have reached the end of the 4 months.  This is meant to get you into shape, and then you must maintain that by doing it almost everyday for some purpose. Have Fun! Be responsible.

Lesson 2 Awareness exercise - It is important to know your surroundings in any given situation.  It is important for many reasons.  To be aware of what is around you and pontential dangers as well.  Anything from a hidden hole or crevasse, to a person with ill- intent.

To start, sit somewhere anywhere.  It can be in your home, in the park, at work, anywhere.  The more diverse your surroundings the better it will be to learn.  This will take some practice to get it right.  At first you may not feel anything, or you may only sense a few things or even people.  As you continue to practice it will become increasingly easier, and you will know everything that is around you.

Now that you have picked your surrounding, it's time to begin. It's easier for beginners to close their eyes, the less distraction such as sight the better at this stage.  Close your eyes, try to see where you are, see your surroundings in your head.  Imagine where things are at this moment.  Listen, what do you hear?  What can you infer from the sounds around you?  If you want write down everything you heard, after a 3 minute period.

Now close your eyes again, go back to what you had envisioned.  Imagine a bubble around you, not unlike your shield, but with a different purpose; not to shield but to detect.  Stretch out you bubble as far as you feel is necessary.  Sense when something has entered it, feel when that bubble has been penetrated feel how close that person, object or animal is to you.  Go one step further once you have mastered the latter.  Try to discern the intent of the person or animal that has entered you bubble space.

You may Use a bubble, or you may use anything you can imagine to acheive the same result.  I personally set up, what I refer to as Wards.  A sort of perimeter detection, I will know when someone has passed through my wards.  The bubble is good for all around coverage it depends on the situation as to what is most appropriate.

Lesson 3 Flowing with the Force - This is where you start your path to becoming a Knight.  From this point on will take you many years to perfect and hone.  It is one of a few steps that will be taken.  This takes the most practice, the most diligence and the most dedication.  Remember it does not take you over, it will move you, but you can also direct it, you can also disengage at anytime.  If it takes you over, you are into posession and that is not the Force.  Make sure you ask the Force to teach you this to flow through you, then you should be safe from harm.

Let's begin.  Ground and centre yourself, after a while it will not become necessary to do so, but for now it is a good idea.  Stand in a room with enough space that if your arms stretch out in anydirection 360-degrees around you, that you will not bump into anything.
Stand let your arms hang loose, to begin you may want to close your eyes, as you become more pro-efficient you will not have to.  Be loose let your arms hang.  Close your eyes and ask the force to guide you.  The first movements may be simple like your arm lifting up and putting itself down, you may not get anything don't get discouraged, be patient.  Be loose and just let it happen.  You may find yourself doing Karate Kata forms, or something benign.   whatever you end up doing, just let it flow.  If you get annoyed with the way it feels or your muscles get tired, let the force know by telling it in your head and it will stop.  Once you get a good flow and you are comfortable go to this next step.

Lesson 4  Force style Martial Arts - The Force style martial arts, is unique and unlike most previous styles.  Although it does lend to many different styles all in one.
Stand as you did in the "flowing with the force" exercise, take up a horse stance if you like; a horse stance is where you stand with your feet apart as if riding a horse knees slightly bent, pretend you are in a saddle sit in it; now you have a good stance.  Ask the force to teach you how to defend yourself, ask the force to teach you the Force style martial arts.   I have also found you can ask to teach other styles as well and it will.  Let the force flow taking you through different blocks and offensive techniques, such as reverse punches.  remember unless the force directs you to go fast the movements will be slow.  It will generally be repetitious as well until the force knows when you have learned that movement.

At First the lessons may be quite short like 30sec or 2Min.  Remember, if you feel tired or your muscles get tired tell the force no more and it will stop.  Usually when the lesson is over you end with a praying gesture with both hands.  Don't ask me why, it's the Force's way of letting you know it's over, for the moment.

At the moment that I am writing this I have mastered a few blocks and am being taught a few styles of punches as well.  I have also asked to be taught how to use a sword and a bowstaff.  The Force is a great Teacher; don't limit yourself.  With many years of training you will be very masterful.
