Introduction If you want to add some supplemental learning, another thing you could learn is Qui-Gong. I have not learned this, but want to. It is pronounced Chee-Gong. Also spelled Chi-Gong. It is a Martial art which deals with the opening of energy within you and also later on the use of that energy in almost mystical ways. Another thing you could do which again is not mandatory is learning about Kundalini. This is the name of the Universal energy; so they say. Some of you have asked what to call we. I am not promoting any one religion, but rather I am promoting spirituality . So you can call yourself Spiritual.; If you must have some silly name...I dont suggest using it... but use The True Order of the Jedi Adept; I would prefer that you say that you are spiritual. The other name is just for those who actually feel they need it. There are some people like that. Whatever your type have fun and learn.
Lesson 1 New Mantras - Now That you have gotten used to them here are some more you can use. The first is Focus. This allows you to stay focused on any given task. Use it before you do something, which requires a lot of concentration. Use it for a couple days to maximize the effect. The second is Calm, his one is obvious. The third is Peace, very good when used in conjunction with both calm and harmonize.
Lesson 2 Sensitizing your hands - This one, when you first start, is loads of fun and gets really fun to play with. Some teachers say to use a quartz crystal to do this; I find that you can use your fingernails just as well with the same effect; or some other slightly scratchy material. Center yourself. You will do this to both of your hands, although I will only tell you once how to do it. First hold out your hand palm up. Then in the other hand pinch all your fingers together; to your thumb as if you had you hand in side a puppet that talks, like Lambchop or Kermit. Take the puppet hand point the tips of your Finger nails face down in the center of your palm; move your hand with the fingernails in a clock-wise motion. Do this for no more than a minute. You may have to do this for a couple days only once per day to activate it properly. Most will be able to do it once and have it stay. You will now feel an interesting sensation. You can use any pointy object you wish for this next step. The next step is to show you what you have just done as a beginning. You can use a pencil or pen your own finger, anything pointy. Hold it above your hand that you have sensitized or which ever one you favor, if you have already done both. Vertically hold it above the center of your palm about an inch or two, when you get used to it try up to a foot. Move the pointy object in circular motions. You should be able to feel something. Is it just the wind if the object going by or is it something else? Try a foot away...ahhh its not the wind. You have just taken your first baby step into a much larger world. You are feeling the energy, which all things have, I am not sure if it is the same as an aura, but you can feel it. Try bringing your hands near something like a plant or any other object. How strong is it? In up coming Levels you will learn more applications for this; until then play with it have fun and realize there is more to this world than you would have previously thought. This is merely a baby step. If you dont like it perhaps you should terminate the training here. It will go away if you never use it, and you will be normal again. It takes a little time for it to go away. If you are intrigued use it have fun feel the energy of different things, which things are more powerful than others?
