LOW SEASON: 04/16/01 - 12/14/01 -- $115.00 per night*

HIGH SEASON: 12/15/01 - 04/15/01 -- $160-$180 per night*

*LOW SEASON: For stays of less than 7 nights an $80 cleaning fee will be added.

*HIGH SEASON: For stays of less than 14 nights an $80 cleaning fee will be added.

Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include Hawaii State Taxes.

NOTE: We offer a 10% discount to returning guests who have stayed in our unit and are returning again.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS CONDO IS FOR NON-SMOKERS, WITH MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF TWO ADULTS ONLY.

Reservation Policy...

CHECK-IN time is 3 P.M. CHECK-OUT time is 11 A.M. (unless previous arrangements have been made).

All rates are subject to Hawaii State Taxes.

Security Deposit of $200 is required within 10 days of booking to confirm reservation.

LOW SEASON: Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

HIGH SEASON: Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We accept personal checks, certified funds, money order, or cash. No credit cards accepted.

All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Guests are to maintain laundry & housekeeping during their stay. Maid service will only do the final day laundry and clean up.

Cancellation Policy...

We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:

LOW SEASON: For a deposit refund, less $75 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

HIGH SEASON: For a deposit refund, less $75 fee, cancellation is required 60 or more days prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
