| We're always hoping for donations from visitors to help keep our site going and growing. Donated funds are spent entirely on this website and its upkeep. We ask for donations of $5 (USD) or more from generous visitors and promise that these funds will be spent on this site. Where does the money go? The funds that you donate to Matt Rock Online are spent on hosting fees, paid to Yahoo! Geocities so that we can have our very own dot-com address. This will allow us to get rid of our dependence on CJB.net and other url-redirection services, resulting in a pop-up free web experience for all of our visitors. Any and all leftover funds, after we've acquired a dot-com address, will be spent on improving the services of this site, like advertising our address in search engines, improving the visual quality of the site's images, and paying for FTP services so we can start distributing official Matt Rock Online computer games (something we've always wanted to do). These games would be excusively designed by Matt Rock and his closest friends. If we end up taking in enough donations to pay for all of these services, Matt will treat the leftovers as payment and he'll dedicate himself to keeping this site updated with fresh new content for you to read and enjoy. If we end up collecting $1,000 or more, we'll stop asking for donations entirely. We aren't greedy. And if some eccentric millionaire donates a ton of money to our site, we'll bring on other staff members and pay them too. But that's just wishful thinking.
