| My interest in Natural Health has been a long-standing one. Eventually, I hope to be a practitioner of Homeopathy and Ayurvedic Medicine. I have done courses in Reflexology, Iridology, Bach Flowers and I have completed Reiki 1. At this stage, I have no plans to further my Reiki training to Master level, but who knows, I'm always open to the winds of change. The links you will find here will take you to some interesting and helpful sites. My choice for my children and myself is Natural Medicine, rather than Allopathic Medicine, but that is not for everyone, I know. Personally, I have found Natural remedies to be a gentle and effective mode of treatment for many illnesses. It is most important that you don't try and "medicate" yourself, either with traditional drugs, the same thing goes for natural remedies. Seek professional advice from the practitioner of your choice, and go from there. These pages are for general information only, and to help you make an informed choice about the treatments available to you. |
