Star Trek: Distant Horizons is a free PBEM (Play By E-Mail) writing forum that was created for people from all over the world to come together in a friendly and accepting environment to share in their love of Star Trek. This is done through contributing to an original and ongoing story that is set in a universe roughly 80 years after the return of VOYAGER to EARTH, or more precisely in 2462. The ongoing story touches on all aspects of Star Trek including Exploration, First Contact, small to full out Conflicts, Solving Ancient Mysteries and even explores the shadowy world of Intel.

The writing is involving, the characters are fresh and original, the story is truly amazing, and there are several positions open for new members if you are interested. We are always looking for new writers to join our group of cyber-adventurers to explore a galaxy that is limited only by our imagination.
