Notching Chisels This is a Hefty, solid, comfortable tool that will soon become your favorite! Shaped out of 1/2" x 1" Fully hardened M2- HSS, it's mass allows a steady controlled cut as you notch bridges. Approx. 9" long. This hard, tough steel is designed for machining steel and I've found it to hold an edge 2-3 times longer than other chisels in hard rock maple caps!
