After being a dedicated Christian for over seven years, I have found many flaws in the religion. "Judge ye not lest ye be judged". Well, how many Christians do you know who keep to this? I find every single one are judgemental, including myself, they may not say it outright (yet many do), just a thought that enters their mind is bad enough, so the Bible says. When it comes to other religions, what do Christians know? How many have studied or even looked to find out and learn more about the brotherhood of man? Who has the right to say which religion is right or wrong? I believe in what feels right for each individual. It matters not what others think, when the peace enters your heart, you will know what is right for you. At the end of the day, this is your life you are living, no one else can live it for you and neither can they steal it from you. You are your own person, with your own thoughts, feelings, ideas and so forth. We are all living on this earth, we all have different ideas of how things should be. Though we are different, we are the same, living and breathing the same air. Coping with disasters and tragedies every single day of our lives, be it in our own personal lives or hearing of others. We all have love, but few know the deepest meaning. When we all find this, the world will be a better place. No more fighting or killings. Most of this is down to religious beliefs, arguing among ourselves, this one or that one is right. It matters not which road you take, we all end up in the centre. This is where the most joyous and wonderful things happen. Look into your own hearts, souls and minds, search deep and long, you will find the centre, the core. Learn from your experiences and grow in yourself. Once you know yourself, and be one with the core, then and only then will things start happening.
These are just my personal thoughts, as well as a little more on my own background, the ones I mentioned which came to me,while sitting under a tree, relaxing, just a month or two back. Please do not think I am tugging at Christians, I am most definitely not, I used to be one....giggles. I am not slandering anyones beliefs, all I wish to put across is until we learn the TRUE meaning of love, then the world is not going to get any better....Here ends the sermon....chuckles. |
