Back to Friends II

On the second to last day, we met up wth my dad and he took us to the Polynesian Cultural Center all the way on the far side of the island among other places.  In the daytime, it's like a theme park with rides and exhibits for the whole family.  At night, there's a luau and live entertainment that pretty much talkes up the whole night.  There are dancers that do all sorts of different traditional dances.  Very cool.  There's also a fire dancer/eater.  Here are the pix (above and below).

Our last day was mostly spent on the beach soaking up the last bit of sun that Hawaii had to offer.  Too bad it was a short trip, but well worth it. We kicked it on Waikiki again, this time we sat near the Hilton pool area...they didn't seem to mind. Our last dinner was at "Dukes" near the water.  Wished we had a better view but it was cool  time.  See you again Hawaii.
