Got Advice?

I need some advice.  I recently started seeing/dating this girl I sorta work with.  Our first date was about 3 weeks ago.  I`m now starting to have some concerns and not sure what to do.

Factual Background
She is:
(1) 2 years older than I am,
(2) married twice with the most recent ex-hubby physically abusive and cheated on her,
(3) parents divorced and she hasn`t seen her bio mom in years,
(4)unable to have kids,
(5) and she is the only person in her family who hasn`t done time.

Problem:
She is now calling me at work.  I come home, and there`s already a message waiting for me.  She already is talking about me to her family and wants me to meet them.
I really don`t know if I like her yet.  She seems nice, but I really don`t know her at all.  Whenever we hang out she talks about some horrorfic event or tragedy in her life or she complains that she can`t read me.

Do I:
A) Dump her and if so how: blame work, religion, sexual incompatiblity?
B) Take it slow and not let her sleep over and give myself a chance to get to know her before I make up my mind?
C) Keep going and worry about dumping her when she gets really clingy, needy, and smothering?
D) Other

Whaddaya think?  Should I be worried?  Am I just a committment phobic male?  Am I being an ass?  Drop me a note or sign my guestbook and let me know!!!  Please!!!!  I need advice!!!!!
