I was in a mens store picking up my suit that was being altered.  There was this white man in the store.  I`m not sure if he was working there or was another customer.

We exchange glances.  I have never met this person before nor said one word to him.  He turns and looks at me and the first thing he has ever said to me in my entire life is:  "What languages do you speak?"  What the @$%&$%!! is that supposed to mean?  Oh, because I`m asian, english isn`t my first
language or that I`m not from America and must be from somewhere else.

Well, in reply, I said: "Oh, just a little spanish that I took in High School."  I then picked up my suit while enjoying the pained expression on the man`s face as his 30cc brain tried to wrap itself around my response...

March Madness is here!!!  Yeah, Bay-Bee!!!  ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK KU, BABY!!!  Here`s hoping that KU goes far in the tourney.

I`m working on my brackets.  Unfortunately because I`m at the DA`s office, I can`t run or join a pool (cuz its gambling and illegal, doh!!).

But I can enter these online pools, (CNN/SI has a $10 million pot!!!).

I took the Missouri Bar examination this past Tuesday.  Jefferson City, MO, talk about your mole with a hair growing through it location on the face of the earth.  Unfortunately, I almost got snowed in there.  However armed with an insane desire to get out of central Missouri and 4 wheel drive, I managed
to get to Kansas City and only sliding off the road once in doing it.

Obscure point of law for the day:  In Missouri, if a woman is ravished, and she later consents to her ravisher, it is grounds for divorce...makes you think huh?
