Objectives
The objective of the McLean County History and Genealogy Museum is to preserve the history, heritage, and culture of McLean County.  The museum is seeking genealogy of McLean County families, old photographs, letters, and newspaper articles on the county.  McLean County was formed in 1854 from the parent counties of Daviess, Ohio, and Muhlenberg.  We have a rich heritage, and this should be preserved.  One of our current projects is recording the memories of the military service of our McLean County men and women who have served their nation so proudly during wars and peacetime.
