Launch Controller
  As many of you out there probably know, not all rocket projects are rockets themselves. There are many things involved in rocketry that are projects which brings me to this...a launch controller. I was tired of not having 4 AA batteries for my Estes controller or it not being powerfull enough for larger igniters which ment sometimes using a 120V system (note: not a good idea). So, from the basic wiring I got from books I made really good launch controller. Here is my story...

Materials:

(1) Project box
(1) Push button
(1) 12V red lamp light    RS # 272-345
(1) 9V battery connector
(1) 9V battery
(1) 3/16in mono plug and jack for safety key
(1) 1/4in mono plug and jack for igniter wire connection
(35) Feet of 18 gauge wiring


Tools and other stuff needed
:

Screwdriver, drill, 1/2 inch drill bit, wire cutters, wire strippers, 7/32 inch drill bit 1/4 inch drill bit.

Additional drill bits may be required depending on your saftey switch size.
  I got all of the parts for this from Radio Shack and Lowes.
