1.  What are the requirements for enrolling in an internship?
      *a 2.5 GPA and be a high school junior or senior
      *a good attendance and discipline profile
      *agree to be responsible for completing all  requirements for internship
      *have reliable transportation
     *complete and turn in an Application for Internship
      *high school course work should reflect career interest

2.  What constitutes a successful internship?
      *complete 135 hours of work experience
      *complete a journal of your experiences
      *maintain accurate time records
       *meet weekly with your teacher sponsor at FHS
      *receive positive evaluations from work site supervisor

What are the requirements for enrolling in an apprenticeship?
     *be at least 16 years old and a high school junior or senior
     *completed or be enrolled in a course that is related to the
       apprenticeship
     *have at least a 2.0 GPA or meet employer's criteria
     *be in good academic standing
     *have a good attendance and discipline profile
     *have appropriate communications and math skills
     *submit three recommendations;one must be from an
       instructor in a career-related area
     *have parent's approval and conference
     *have school administrator approval and conference
     *have reliable transportation
     *be willing to make a firm commitment to the Apprenticeship
       Program

What constitutes a successful apprenticeship?
     *complete at least 15 hours per week of on-the-job training
     *complete a journal of experiences
     *maintain accurate time records
     *receive positive evaluation from employer
