		Uniform: Long sleeve or short-sleeve light blue shirt White T-Shirt underneath Nametag above right pocket Service awards above nametag Black or navy uniform pants Black or navy socks Black shoes which can take a shine (no slip-on shoes) Black clip-on tie with tie bar Black leather belt Explorer patch should be on left sleeve at shoulder. All other patches must be returned. MC collar brass goes on the right collar along the stitching. NY collar brass goes on the left collar. Tie bar should be in line with the top of the pocket. Tie and tie bar do not need to be worn with short-sleeve blue shirt. Two black pens and a 3"x5" notebook should be brought to all post meetings. If you have been issued a black "bomber" jacket, you can wear that too. Uniform may only be worn at, to, and from Explorer functions.
