| Rockbridge Alum Springs is one of 25 camps owned and operated by Young Life, a Christian youth ministry headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Because the main purpose of Rockbridge is to support our outreach to adolescents, you can imagine the camp is packed with young people in the summer months. However, during the school year, the camp is available for churches, parachurch organizations and other non-profit groups for weekend or weeklong camps, retreats and seminars. Located 15 miles west of Lexington, Virginia, in the mountains of the Shenandoah Valley, Rockbridge is set in a beautiful, secluded, 273-acre valley - ideal for getting away from the noise and distractions of everyday life. Because the main purpose of Lake Champion is to support our outreach to adolescents, you can imagine the camp is packed with young people in the summer months.However, during the school year, the camp is available for churches, para-church organizations and other groups for weekend or weeklong camps, retreats and seminars.Located ninety miles northwest of New York City, Lake Champion is a heavily wooded, 400-acre tract with a 50-acre man-made lake.The camp lies in the Delaware River Valley at the foot of the Catskill Mountains near Glen Spey, a beautiful location.
