Thakar Vs JFK Medi et al
Court Case in Brief:

After years of struggle and obstacles, I obtained a right to sue letter from EEOC in March 2003. I filed the lawsuit for Breach of Contract, Employment Discrimination, Fraud and Breach of Privacy within the deadline in the Central District of California Federal Court. The case was transferred to Newark NJ District Court in October 2003 due to the venue dispute.

I obtained a legal counsel in November 2003 who failed to fulfill even the basic responsibilities as revealed by the transcript of the pretrial conference. I am therefore in an urgent need for a substitute attorney for this case with overwhelming evidences in my favor. There are inevitable and enormous damages and due to my financial situation, I need someone to take the case on contingency base.

I am an Indian American Physician with a tragic story. I was wrongfully terminated two months prior to completion of my Neurology Training. The termination occurred one week after receiving a prestigious national scholarship without allowing prior due process / grievances mandated by signed residency contract.

Multiple civil rights violations post termination include invasion privacy (evidenced by an audio tape) and an intrinsic fraud with my medical license. The later resulted in almost complete destruction of a bright career, not to mention severe hardship and erosion of resources needed to file a legal suit.

I have overcome multiple roadblocks and obstacles created for cover up over the past five years. The Civil Law suit against the ex employer is in NJ US District Court.
