Lambda Theta Phi offers a brotherhood of diversity, dedicated to the community. At each individual chapter, our brothers represent a diverse spectrum of strong men: Latino, black, white, Asian, Indian, Pacific Islander, African, European and Middle Eastern. Since we are a Latin fraternity, we proudly promote our Latin Heritage. We make our presence known on college campuses by the QUALITY of our brothers and not the quantity. Our virtues are our Unity, Respect, Culture and Pride. Brothers come together for the betterment of our communities irrespective of where they may reside. We believe that together we can accomplish great things.
Lambda Theta Phi also serves as a second family to brothers while away at school. We help each other with academics and everyday life problems that may be confronted. We are Conquistadores because we will break through and conquer any obstacles that get in our path on our road to success. |
