Name: Castile Tenshino Shiro Name Meaning: Beautiful castle from the angel of hope Name Pronunciation: Kah-st-EEL Tehn-sh-EE-noh Sh-EE-row Referred to: Ryuu Shino (the name that all Dragon Mages adopt), and Lady Mage. Only the King and Queen of Shiro know who Castile really is, although the King and Queen of Tou would recognize her. Age: 19 Birthday: July 17 Location: Shiro Favorite Color: Black and red Favorite Food: Roast beef Favorite Subject: Magic, history, and mathematics Likes: Researching Chaos words, knowledge of any kind, her cousins, and driving her mecha Dislikes: Her family being in danger, the thought of ruling, and the thought of being a bad Dragon Mage Hobbies: Experimenting and researching Chaos words, reading with histories, and driving her dragon Dreams: To be able to find out the secret behind the Chaos words and make a more powerful spell than the God's Slayer Lovelife: Castile is single and has never truly fallen in love before although her and the previous driver of Cerridwen were close. Unbeknounced to her, Castile is engaged to the Prince of Tou, an arrangement from her parents that only the King and Queen of Tou and Shiro know about. Family: King Azerik Shiro (father) - dead, Queen Xonaris Shiro (mother) - dead Friends: Castile tries not to make friends, only aquantences. But she is human, and does hold people very close to her heart; namely her two cousins, and her fellow dragon drivers of Shiro Strengths: Extremely advanced in spells, can keep a calm mind, very intelligent, and can cast the spell that has been called the most powerful on Shinwa. Her position as Dragon Mage also has the name and reputation that goes along with it. Most kingdoms treat her as the highest royalty and let her do what she wants for the most part. In Cerridwen, her spells are twice as powerful. Castile needs to only touch her dragon mecha to enter it, she melds right into the skin. She can also exit the mecha just as quickly and just as easily. Her mecha is also controlled a bit differently than the others. Instead of having controls like the rest of them, Castile becomes mind linked with Cerridwen. So when she moves her hand, she moves the Cerridwen hand in the same way. This allows her to react much faster than the other mecha, since she is simply reacting intead of having to play with controls. Weaknesses: Being a Dragon Mage requires her to follow a strict moral code. She is not aloud to interfere in things unless all of humanity is threatened. She must also remain neutral in all things. She is very sensitive about being a good Dragon Mage, so she follows these things as much as she can. Castile's magic also has some drawbacks that can be detrimental if taken advantage of. Most of them require a chant and the God's Slayer and Megido Flare cannot even be cast without her talismans. Because of the power of Castile's spells, over casting them causes extreme exhaustion, and sometimes even worse. Without her magic, Castile is virtually helpless. Her mecha also does not have a weapon of any sort, which puts it at a disadvantage when places against a mecha with one. The bonding with Cerridwen also allows her to control the mecha better, but it also causes her to feel the attacks of the others as well. The only way for her to not feel the pain of Cerridwen is to exit it, but her wounds still remain. A little tid bit from her child hood that Castile doesn't know about yet is that her parents and the Prince of Tou's parents slapped a love spell on the two of them. It basically causes them to have an extreme longing for each other, and yes, in the sexual way. It gets worse as the two get closer physically. Since Castile has never actually seen Kamite, she has yet to find this little surprise out yet. Appearance: Because Castile comes from the line of royalty, she is what is considered extremely beautiful in Shiro. She has long, thick red and brown hair with fiery red eyes. She is petite in stature, and slightly flat. She wears the outfit typical of a Dragon Mage, and she is never seen without her Dragon's Blood talismans. Personality: Castile basically has two different personalities. Her personality as the Dragon Mage and her personality as Castile, although she considers them both who she truly is at heart. She was raised to believe that the former was the most important one and the other one should be repressed. As the Dragon Mage she is cold, calm, and calculating, always on top of the situation. She likes to do things on her own and tries to get an even deal for every body. Her air around her is one of authority and power. Castile's real personality is much different from the one she usually shows. At heart, she is a fairly quiet and gentle girl. She would like nothing more than to be a poor peasant girl or anything else were she could live a normal life. She tends to be lonely most of the time which makes her slightly recluse. Ronal, the previous driver of Cerridwen was the first person who encouraged her to show her real self. Because she takes her position so seriously, Castile only shows this side of herself to people she really trusts. An occasional glimpse of it can be seen if she if caught off guard or surprised. |
