I've now traced the LIDEN last name back to Johan Petersson Liden and his wife Kristina Elisabeth Svensdotter who came to the US from Sweden. Kristina is buried in Chicago. All I know is that it seems John died in Florida but I don't know when or where! The DEGRASSE name goes back to Wilfred who immigrated from Canada. I have no record of when he died, so either this info is out there somewhere or the man is 135+ years old! Please help if you can. Even an unproven "story" can sometimes lead to the truth.
