Auctioning is one of my favorite things about being a trader. I enjoy holding them, although mind you, they are alot of work to pull off as a success. Organization is key. This page will be dedicated to the Auctions. All auctions; auctions held by other traders, myself, GMs, I will eventually put up a section of tips for holding successful auctions. More to come!
How I hold my Auctions.
I place an item on the Auction block.
I announce the item. Tell item specs as needed.
I start the auction.
I Field questions about the item via whispers during early bidding.
When bidding slows on an item I begin 3 count gavel strikes
Going once!
count to 3
Going Twice!
count to 3
SOLD!
Next Item!
I try to keep the pace up, so if you see an item you want don't delay, bid up to what your willing to pay for the item. If you keep this in mind, The auction will stay at a good pace, and hopefully you'll come home with some wonderful Treasures! Happy Bidding!
