Well, looks like I've just gone through one of those i'm-too-good-for-my-website phases.  Silly Sarah.  I've been through a lot that I probably should have recorded in some form or fashion, but "you know me."  I went to California before the summer semester to visit Anthony.  That was a lot of fun.  It was good spending time with my dad's side of the family apart from the rest of my immediate family.  Summer A was spent watching Jeopardy and Survivor in Robbie's room and doing homework sometimes.  I went to the Philippines with my family at the end of July for Grandma's 75th birthday.  It was cool seeing all of my mom's side of the family too.  I'll have to talk more about the Philippines at a later date.  But now it's the fall semester of my junior year and things have been peachy.  Well, maybe not quite so peachy, but nectarine-ish at the least.  I got my first job.  I'm a copy editor for The Alligator, an independent campus newspaper.  Fun stuff -- sitting around, staring at thousands of words, deeming them worthy or unworthy.  I have all the power.  (No, not really.)  I got into my first car accident involving someone else in a moving vehicle (that parked car doesn't count).  It was my fault, of course.  My parents are coming down to Gainesville for a visit tomorrow.  I haven't seen them in weeks.  Dad will be full of concern about the specifics of the accident--essentially, "How bad did you goof up this time?"  Mom will douse me with cough syrup and questions about my sexual activity (which of course I will assure her is non-existent).  I met someone that I like very much, but it seems that what I wrote in my last entry in April is ever-relevant.  Pobrecita.

After you've made a realization, don't fool yourself into thinking anything has changed.
