In a context of world-wide that  goes from complication to rising complexity, the    certainty    of    constant    change    bring    us   to   a   new   order,  the hypercompetition.

feedbacks" between the systemic  components react to the principle of co-evolution in which the notion of time is a  key  element of the transformations.
