Momma's Home Potato Chips
Slice potatos into thin (1/8-1116 inch) slices. Spray a metal Cookie Sheet with Butter Flavor Cooking Spray.
Lay Potato Slices on sheet with as little overlaping as possible. (some overlaping is ok.) spray potato slices with the spray. Season with Season salt, lightly.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 450deg. for about 20-30 min.
Had and enjoyed these many times, You can also cut the chips into Fries. Thicker Slices need longer baking times.
For an italian taste, add garlic powder and McCormic italian seasoning. For a hot taste, use just a tiny dash of cyanne powder.
(a little goes a long way...)
Drinks
We are probobly the only inn we know of run by "tea-totlers".
We can think of too many problems with actual Alcahol, and our buisness philosophy is, "Food,Fun, Freinds and Good Times." One of our Freinds sugested Root Beer, and that sounds Good to us. We like Barque's and Hire's. We also like A&W Cream Soda, and Sobe Grape Grog. Odd, though, our freind thinks it's WWI and he stilll flying in it, and he keeps trying to talk to the other patrons in pigeon french....Something a bout a red barron???
