| HEALTH SECTOR REFORM AGENDA PROGRAM |
| The Health Sector Reform Agenda or HSRA, seeks to improve the various aspects of public health care delivery system, not only in the hospital setting but also in the field health services. Basic reforms in health investments and financing, referral systems, socialized health care, and strenghthening of the Interlocal Health Zones are just but some of the major issues taken up at HSRA workshops. |
